We like to think we have our fingers on the pulse on Indy news and politics, but nobody saw this one coming! Nicola Sturgeon, First Minister for the last 8 years has announced her resignation. Nominations are already open for her successor and next month’s SNP Special Conference has been postponed.

The first female FM and the longest serving , she has seen off four Prime Ministers and countless Scottish Labour, Tory and Lib Dem leaders. She has put in a hell of a shift, we thank her and we wish her well for the future.

The question now is how does the Independence Movement respond? What are our options? What are our next steps? Here to discuss all of the above is TNT Show host John Drummond, journalist Lesley Riddoch and Believe in Scotland CEO Gordon MacIntyre Kemp
