This week’s Guest Pod is a talk and discussion from over at the Yes Dunbar group. In February, they asked Mike Small to talk to them about food security, food sustainability, and asking the question can we feed ourselves?
To which Mike’s answer is an emphatic yes we can. With the very telling qualification that at present most of what we grow in Scotland, we don’t eat here. And most of what we eat in Scotland we don’t grow here.
