As Westminster’s Labour government continues to unravel, discarding election promises with careless abandon, we take a look at the Scottish Government’s budget proposals for 2025/26.
Beginning with John Swinney setting out his vision for Scotland and followed by Shona Robison’s presentation of the draft Scottish budget we consider how well the two speeches match up.
